The Amazon River
The Amazon River is unimaginably long. Starting from the Andes mountains in South America, the Amazon River flows into the Atlantic Ocean after traveling thousands of kilometers. Even imagining the length of the river strains people's minds. With its thousands of tributaries in addition to the river, it irrigates an area as large as South America's approximately Australian continent. In this way, its biological diversity is very high. In the region where river waters flow into the ocean, the ocean changes the color of water up to 320 kilometers.
